Kristen has a deep love for movement, music, meditation, and holistic health. She has been affiliated with the fitness industry since 2008, teaching a plethora of group fitness classes. In recent years, Kristen has immersed herself in the practice of yoga and has become enamored in its ability to work every part of the body, from the inside out. She initially found herself on her mat in search of physical relief. Being a longtime fitness enthusiast left her body with chronic aches and injuries, which completely threw off her body’s alignment. Yoga quickly began to mend not only her physical body, but her spirit and soul. The lessons she was learning on her mat seamlessly began to translate into her day-to-day life. Kristen’s passion for the practice led her to embark on her 200hr Yoga Teacher Certification at Universal Power Yoga.
