Holly Commesso
Holly has been a Pilates Instructor for 13 years and a Barre Instructor for 10 years. She has also been a Personal Trainer for the last 11 years and has taught and trained in several studios and health clubs over the Cape.
Holly has lived in Bourne for the last 25 years where she has raised 3 children. Her philosophy is everyone needs to live a balanced life, mind, body and soul.
