Pre-Register for Class:
Don't Forget to Pre-Register for Classes!
We adjust our class schedule based on how many students are registered, so if you plan to attend, please sign up in advance!
Pre-registering ensures we can plan appropriately and lets us contact you if there are any changes to the class. We’ll only be able to reach out if you're on the list—so don’t miss out!
Cell Phone Policy:
Please do not bring cellphones onto your mat. All cellphones should be left on silent In a cubby during class, unless In the case of an emergency.
Wellness Policy:
If you have any cold or flu symptoms, please abstain from coming into the studios. Remember, you can practice with us virtually from home!
If you are exhibiting any symptoms, you will be asked to return when you are better.
In the event you are not feeling well, we will waive the late cancellation fee.
Guest Pass Policy:
All UPY members get one free guest pass per month!
Have your guest create a profile on the UPY website. Then text us their name, email and the class you would like them to join you in to the UPY cell at 774-256-4480 (at least 24 hours before the class). We will sign them up using your free pass and you can enjoy practicing together. This ensures they have a spot in class!
You can also simply arrive to class early and the teacher can sign up your guest, as long as there is space available.
*Guests can not be a current pass holder or member*
Class Waitlists:
If a class is full, sign up for the waitlist!
Here’s what happens next:
Up to 4 hours before the class time, if someone cancels their spot, the first person on the waitlist gets moved into the class. Our system will email and text you to let you know that you’ve been taken off the waitlist and added to the class!
Check that your text & email notifications are ON so that you will know that you got a spot! If you can come, no action needed. If you can no longer make it, cancel your spot so that someone else can get the opportunity to go to class!
📣 NEW “Late Cancel” Waitlist Automation Text:
Within 4 hours of the class time, if someone cancels their spot, everyone on the waitlist will receive a “First to Claim”automation text that says a spot has opened for the class! Reply 1 to claim. The first person to reply and claim the spot will automatically be moved into the class! (We noticed that people cannot always make it with short notice, so the “First to Claim” text will make sure someone gets the spot who can attend with short notice!) See you on the mat!
Late Cancel / No Show Policy:
If you late cancel (cancel within 4 hours of the class time) or no show and there is a waitlist, there will be a $15 late cancel fee or you will lose the class on your pass. The door is locked 0-5 minutes after the class start time, at the teachers discretion.
