*Hands-On Assists: Dive deeper into your poses with gentle, supportive adjustments from Amy. Whether you're a seasoned yogi or a newcomer, her personalized touches will help you find comfort and ease in each posture.
*Essential Oils: Immerse yourself in a world of soothing scents! Amy will incorporate calming essential oils that will elevate your practice and help you find your zen. Whether you love lavender, eucalyptus, or citrus notes, you’ll be enveloped in a fragrant embrace.
*Yoga Nidra: Experience the blissful state of conscious relaxation with a guided Yoga Nidra session. This practice is like a nap for the mind! You’ll leave feeling like you’ve had a mini-vacation.
*Singing Bowls: Immerse yourself in the healing vibrations of singing bowls, which will create a sonic environment for peace and tranquility.

Using props and visuals, you will learn how to tap into the biomechanical movements of asana (postures) to feel strong and stable. We’ll move through a slow flow to build body awareness and increase overall mobility.
Class will end with an extended savasana.

Spring Renewal Workshop with Mary!
Spring is a time of regrowth and renewal! Mary will guide you as you cultivate a quiet reflective space to recharge as we head into spring.
The workshop will begin with slow flow movement, transitioning to yin postures before settling in for guided yogic sleep (Yoga Nidra). Essential oils and reiki will be offered to complement your practice.

The Yoga Mindset with Jen
The Yoga Mindset with Jen Palmer, Owner & Founder of Universal Power Yoga
This is where yoga philosophy beautifully intersects with mindset and daily living. Through this course, you will learn tools and practices that can fundamentally change the way you perceive and interact with the world. My goal is for you to have a healthier, balanced and more resilient mindset and a peaceful way of being.
Jen lives and breathes yoga philosophy. In fact, it is how she has gotten through many challenging times as well as how she maintains a balanced, resilient mind in her day to day. The ancient teachings of yoga help her to be less reactive and to feel purpose, peace and fulfillment. This course will present more than a way of thinking. It will give you practices for real results so you will feel a shift in your way of being. It's about a shift in your state of consciousness and how you are thinking, being and living.
If you feel ungrounded, frustrated, unbalanced or unfulfilled, this program is for you. If you generally feel good and you want to learn tools for being less reactive and even more resilient, grounded and intentional, this is also for you.
Each group session will include:
- 15 Min Grounding experience (breathwork, gentle movement, meditation)
- Discussion led by Jen on a focused topic in yoga philosophy
- Group coaching - You'll have an opportunity to ask Jen questions about how to apply yoga philosophy to your own life
Here's what you'll learn:
- Flexibility, breathwork and presence as a principle
- How to navigate life's obstacles with more ease and grace
- How to stop giving your energy to things that don't matter and things you don't have control over
- A clearer understanding of who you need to be to align with the life you want
- How to have a more balanced, resilient and peaceful mind
Schedule (4 Sessions):
Wednesdays 6-7 pm live on zoom. The sessions will be recorded and available for 7 days.
April 8 - Session #1: Introduction to yoga philosophy and how to be more mindful and present in your life through Svadhyaya (Self-Study).
April 15 - Session #2: How to make a decision when there is no easy solution or clear answer (inspired by the Bhagavad Gita sacred text).
April 22 - Session #3: How to get out of your own way and take intentional, aligned action through Tapas (Discipline), Vairagya (Detachment) & Santosha (Contentment).
April 29 - Session #4: How to practice more acceptance and trust through Ishvara Pranidhana, which ultimately brings you more peace.
