Karen Cheromcha

Looking for balance from a career in the software engineering world, Karen completed her 200 hour RYT training in 2017. Her classes move at a slow gentle pace through poses that are held for a varying length of breath to relinquish the busyness of the mind and connect the breath and mind with the pose.

Considerations are made to allow all students to find what they need for their practice, be it their own flow or a restorative resting poses. She welcomes students of all abilities.
