Lauren Martin

Lauren has over 20 years of experience working as a fitness professional, trainer, yoga teacher and nutrition coach. She has been an athlete her entire life and has integrated yoga into all of her programs. She is an expert in foundational strength and incorporates this into her teaching. She is passionate about helping others achieve overall wellness and helps empower them through movement, health and finding themselves through their fitness journey. 200 hour yoga certified, NASM, CrossFit and precision nutrition-PN.
