Sara Hubbard

Sara Hubbard is a 500-Hour E-RYT with over 10 years of yoga teaching experience and practice. After a decade working in the insurance industry and experiencing corporate burnout, she resigned and followed her passion for holistic wellness to become a certified yoga teacher and health coach. Yoga inspires Sara to connect with her authentic self, be present, and honor the simple joys in life.

She teaches vinyasa flow classes that are inclusive, upbeat, and challenging. Her classes combine a dynamic sequence of postures, carefully curate playlist, and daily dose of inspiration that will guide you in and through the body.
