Tricia found yoga while studying Art History in college. She's been practicing yoga for almost two decades and continues to delve into how yoga and meditation can be tools to navigate our daily lives. Whether exploring the strength in holding yoga poses, the power in stillness, or the softening in slower practices, Tricia invites students to find the space to practice in a nurture, contemplative way.
