Ann Marie Poch

Ann Marie Poch first tried yoga in 2008 to help manage chronic pain and has had a dedicated practice ever since. After years of experimenting with different styles of yoga, she completed her 200-hour vinyasa training in 2016 and has since earned certifications in prenatal, postnatal, and trauma-conscious yoga.

With experience teaching in studio, gym, virtual, and community settings, Ann Marie creates a peaceful and reflective environment for students. You will leave her class feeling calm and grounded, like you pressed the reset button in your mind and body. Outside the studio, Ann Marie has a career in marketing & communications and is a women's health advocate. She lives in Blackstone, MA, with her husband, where she enjoys cooking, reading, long walks, and spending time in nature.
