Brenda has been a personal trainer and group exercise instructor for 15 years, and she loves helping people feel strong, no matter where they are on their fitness journey.
Her passion for fitness grew when she discovered how much moving her body improved her mental health, and she now strives to share that gift with others. Brenda’s goal is to create a fun, safe environment where everyone leaves class feeling better than when they walked in.
