Jackie Atencio

Jackie has been teaching yoga since 2015 and has maintained a dedicated personal practice for over 12 years. She is a 500-hour E-RYT and YACEP, and first fell in love with yoga sculpt for its powerful blend of strength training and mindful movement. Not long after, she discovered heated vinyasa flows and now enjoys teaching both styles.

In Jackie’s classes, you can expect to be challenged while feeling fully supported. Her priority is that students leave feeling refreshed, encouraged, and grounded. She believes in meeting yourself exactly where you are each day, both on and off the mat.

When Jackie isn’t at the studio, she’s spending quality time with her family and friends.
