
Janet Barrett
Janet is a Yoga Alliance–certified RYT-200 teacher with over 35 years of personal yoga practice. She brings a lifelong love of yoga into every class she teaches. Rooted in Ashtanga-inspired vinyasa, her classes are breath-centered and thoughtfully built, with themes that invite curiosity and self-awareness.
Janet enjoys sharing the why behind the practice, helping students better understand their bodies and move with intention. With a background in yoga anatomy, she creates classes that are welcoming, supportive, and strengthening. Her hope is that you leave class feeling more balanced, grounded, and at ease. Outside the studio, Janet is a mom of four, dog lover, and full-time teenage Uber driver.
