Janet O'Donnell

Janet discovered yoga over two decades ago while recovering from running injuries—and it quickly became more than just physical training. What began as a way to heal her body evolved into a grounding, energizing practice that has supported her through all of life’s seasons—from running the Boston Marathon, welcoming premature twins, and managing the demands of being a working mom.

She completed her 200-hour teacher training at Universal Power Yoga and holds additional certifications in trauma-informed and restorative yoga. Janet teaches alignment-focused, creative vinyasa flows that range from foundational to vigorous, including hot power classes, focusing on breath, accessibility, and mindful movement. Her goal is to guide students into their own strength—through movement that energizes the body and practices that uncovers the agency, courage, and clarity already within them. Her classes are warm, playful, and grounded; you’ll move, sweat, laugh, and reconnect with your true self.

Beyond the studio, Janet brings yoga to middle school students and into her workplace, sharing simple, effective tools to help busy individuals manage stress, stay grounded, and feel more present in their everyday lives.
