Janet discovered yoga over two decades ago while recovering from running injuries—and what began as a way to heal her body evolved into a grounding, energizing practice that has supported her through all of life’s seasons.
Janet completed her 200-hour teacher training at Universal Power Yoga and holds additional certifications in trauma-informed and restorative yoga.
Her goal is to guide students into their own strength—through movement that energizes and practices that uncovers the agency, courage, and clarity they already have within. Her classes are warm, playful, and grounded; you’ll move, sweat, laugh, and reconnect with your true self.
