
Ronda Rosenberg
As a self-professed cardio queen, Ronda did not discover her love of yoga until she stumbled into a power yoga class at age 40. Falling in love with the combination of strength and stability, ease and effort, and the connection of mind, body and breath, she became a devoted student and completed her 200 hour YTT in 2018. Since then she’s taught all ages from 2 to 92.
A National Academy of Sports Medicine accredited Certified Personal Trainer, she loves to combine a fun and inspired flow with a funky upbeat playlist (and maybe an arm balance or two).
